• Seems to be a "single" unit. The sensor does not come out of the band as the Flex does. You charge the battery with the sensor in the band. Also note that FitBit says it is not waterproof. You are instructed to take it off when you shower and swim.

• Not with this version of charge HR. I believe there are plans for the next generation of charge HR to have interchangeable bands.
