• You can enable sleep mode to turn off screen ahen sleeping.

• You can turn off motion for the screen so it does not bother you at night. I wear mine to bed and only have an issue if somehow I pressed the button. You may see the sensor lights from time to time when the watch of it is loose on your wrist. Not bothersome.
