The user guide indicates a 240mm radiator will fit with the 5.25" drives installed. There is approximately 11" from the end of the case to the back of the drive. Allowing 1/2" for the power and data connectors to drive leaves 10.5" or 265mm. The Define R5 user guide can be downloaded from the Fractal Design web site.
