“Hi, I purchase this freezer 2 months ago I love it! But just recently the green bottom light started blinking and my food looks a bit more frozen then usual, what does that mean ? I have not touch anything sense I purchase it what can I do?”

Hi Angie. A flashing light with an audible alert indicates a high temp condition. If the door was left open or ajar and then closed, warm air could have turned into frost. ~ Anna
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check to see if the temp control is set at recommended setting. Wait a few hours to see if the blinking has stopped. If not, call BestBuy and ask them what to do. However, two months should be warranted. S9 complain if needed. Good Luck.
