Will they take away the old one null

I don't know about Best Buy but local energy companies may pay YOU to take away the old one to encourage recycling - in PA the local companies pay $50 for old fridges and freezers and $25 for minis.

When you order the appliance there are several options you are given including delivery (and removal of the old appliance) both of these things have a cost associated with them, they are not free. So, the answer to your question is yes, they will take the old one (if you request that service at the time of purchase)

From my experiences, there has always been an option for haul away at Best Buy.
