QuestionI have the freezer fffh20f2qw. Its 3 year olds, has power surged the other day, now complete not running, when plug in, just the light on, fan not running, compressor not on, check the voltage go to the relay starter, no power there. What could be wrong?

However, should you choose to install yourself, ensure that the appliance must have all bottom corners resting firmly on a solid floor. The floor must be strong enough to support a fully loaded unit. You also want to allow space around the unit for good air circulation. Leave a 3 inch (75 mm) space on all sides of the unit for adequate circulation.
