“The “hold for 3 sec” options don’t work. Holding the dry button for 3 seconds doesn’t bring up the delay 4 hours light. Holding start button for 3 seconds doesn’t cancel the cycle. Is there something else I should be doing before I return this dishwasher?”

I just installed it today. During the check for leaks, it instructed me to run it long enough to hear the water fill, then hold cancel for 3 seconds to pump out water. The instructions said the pump process takes 90 seconds. After I added dishes and ran a 1hr cycle to complete, I accidentally hit a button- I had to open the door and press and hold cancel for 3-4 seconds. Haven't messed with the delay 4 hours yet.
