QuestionWhat is the depth of the refrigerator without the doors? Can the doors be removed for installation? Our front door opening is 33”.

- Answer Hello, Sue. The dimensions for the appliance without the doors is 28 3/4". While it is not recommended to remove the door for installation, the doors can be removed. We highly recommend referring to your Owner's Guide on pages 10 through 12 for information regarding the doors for this model. QuestionIs this ebony color a true black or is it the equivalent of the black stainless. I would prefer the standard black, not a black over stainless, worried about scratching or peeling. Thanks!

QuestionGot Model FFHB2750TD - Jan 31, 2019. Hearing a fan making more noise than usual. Ice maker working ok. Where is the other fan noise coming from? When I open the doors the fan stops, Close doors and fan starts with noise. Please advise.

- Answer We have the same refrigerator and it does the same thing. My kids like to use the crushed ice setting and I noticed the crushed ice likes to back up and then it slowly melts. Then we get water dripping out of the front of the door.
