How can I get the ice maker to produce tce. null

Return the fridge and buy a different brand. Look at other sites that sell the same fridge and this issue is well known. If you do not use much or any ice then this is a ok fridge. But if you want ice then skip it.

Hello Libra, thank you for your question! You need to assure that the icemaker is turned on, there is a wire arm or an on/off switch. If the water filter is old and needs to be changed out that can cause an icemaker to stop working.
