“The height says 33.88”. However it says height with door hinge (which is on top) is 32.75. I would think with the hinge it would be taller. I have to fit this is a 34” High space including legs and hinge. Need to know if it will fit.”

Yes it will fit, the given height of 33.88" is all inclusive of a complete assembled unit with hinge and footing studs included. Trevor
