QuestionWhy is there a space on the bottom of the AC on both corners that you can see outside? Frigidaire was suppose to send me a replacement on May 7, 2021 Reference # 84555529. It's now July 15, 2021 and I'm still waiting. I have spent hours on the hold.

- Answer This unit is a 110/115/120. Don't let those numbers bother you: there's either 110 volt units or 220 volt units. 220s are very large, very big coolers, and usually much more expensive. You don't have to buy from these folks, but Best Buy doesn't appear to carry any 220 models. Here's a list of models that will work for you: https://www.abt.com/category/118/Window-Air-Conditioners.html (Note to BestBuy: I would list you if you carried any such units; I'm just trying to help) Tatita, if it doesn't pull up a list, select Voltage on the left menu and then any number that begins with 2... they will all work for you. Sorry those units are so expensive. Hope you can find something.
