“Where are the "vents"? Manual indicates when using the fan only, vents should be open and when using a/c, the vents should be closed. The Use and Care Manual has extensive info on using the controls but no schematic to show where the vents are. Help!”

This unit only recirculated the air. There is no option for outside venting.

In researching, this model has the slider type louvers (vents), that will on;y allow you to direct the air flow Up or Down and Left or Right throughout the room as needed. The model does not require opening or closing of the vent. You are able to locate any information pertaining to your louver type, in the manual on page 10.
