“I have had this for less than a month and the red filter light came on. I took the 4 filters out, cleaned them with water and put back in after they dried. Light still on. What do I do?”

Hi BostonGirl! Thank you for your inquiry. The air filter light will illuminate after 250 hours of operation. To reset after cleaning the filter, press and hold the "filter" button for 3 seconds and the light will go off. You are able to locate this information is the Use and Care Guide on page 10. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Something is wrong with this model. I had mine 1 day and the remote start up with the app on my iPhone would not commct. After 5 hours in my 250 sq ft living room it was still 93 degrees! I called Frigidaire and they walked me thru many steps but never got it working properly. I plopped in a 5000 btu window ac that is 10 years old and got the room cool in an hour. Frigidaire bought back my unit. They were great with customer service and support. There was no way I could have gotten that 100 pound unit into my car to exchange it at Best Buy. UPS delivered it and they cut the bottom of the box.
