“I'm replacing a GLMV168CB1 vented outside. Would this fit in same space? Same mounting bracket and venting or at least would everything line up ok? Thanks!”

Our suggestion would be for you to ensure that the cut out is the recommended for the replacement unit. I have listed the cutout dimensions for you to view: (Height 16 4/5", Width 30", Length 12").
