17W x 18.5D x 10H, which on my calculator is 1.8 cu. ft. Nevertheless, it is very spacious inside -- I can't imagine cooking anything so big that it wouldn't fit in there. The interior light does illuminate while the unit is heating. It's not very bright though.

We were able to see the interior light does not illuminate during the cooking operation, and the internal dimensions are listed as follows: Interior Height 11 1/4", Interior Width 17 7/8" and Interior Depth 19 1/8".
