“The specifications suggest that the depth of the microwave is 19.62". We currently have 19.75" of available interior depth (from back of cabinet to inside front). Additionally, if this will fit, are there any venting requirements?”

Hey there! We are happy to help. The recommended cutout depth when installing this model in a cabinet or wall cutout is 20" (50.8 cm). The installation hardware comes with an exhaust duct, but keep in mind that If building over a wall oven, be sure the clearance between the wall oven and the microwave oven is a minimum of 3 inches. You should also purchase the trim kit which will include the vent (which is basically nothing more than a sheet metal pan that help with the heat dispersion).
