The trim kit must be purchased separately and is required to achieve the proper built-in installation and finished look. The trim kits are available in 27″ and 30″ widths. The "trim kits are sold separately and required for installation," and another notes the need to "purchase a stainless steel trim kit" to "complete the look of your kitchen.” - Maico

And they really should specify that it doesn’t in their advertising as it shows it with it so of course we did assume that what we saw in the picture would be what we were getting. Unless I missed it somehow. That’s always possible when it comes to fine print.
