Same issue...unplug for 10-15secs and plug back in. Fixed it for me
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Our center drawer turns off when closed after several seconds. The freezer door stays on for over 10-15 minutes sometimes. Even when using the App to control the external lights, it can be turned on, but will not turn off. The center drawer responds to the App without issue. The App response decouples the magnet sensor used to detect the closing of the drawer, making it a firmware bug that is annoying, especially as they do not support firmware updates through the App.
