Per the owner's manual (page 5), it is not recommended to install your refrigerator in any location not properly insulated or heated, e.g. garage, etc. This model refrigerator was not designed to operate in temperature settings below 55˚ Fahrenheit. Below this temperature will affect the performance of the refrigerator. ~ Anna
