I’d say definitely not. My daughter is 8 and has trouble. (And I’m a professional photographer, so she knows a thing or two) You have to look in the viewfinder and it has to be angled down a certain way or the resulting image shows a ton of area above the subject. It also produces very dark and underexposed images taken indoors if there’s not a ton of light (even with using the booster setting!)
