Hello Joe! The film isn't supposed to be ejected until all film is used. Ejecting this can cause the film to lose it's placement and it wont allow the film that was disturbed, to develop. As in for the White film, it is possibly a issue with the camera. Sometimes you need to make sure the filter is on the filter the camera is telling you to be on. If this possible solution doesn't work, I suggest you bring it in to Best Buy. Each camera comes with a year warrenty and I see you posted this 11 months ago. If you got the camera the same month you posted, you still have a month left. If you bought it a month before the issue, then this month would be the last month. With this warrenty they will either fix or replace your camera. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's not a digital, therefore the mechanics of the camera work differently. What you might want to try is waiting a minute or two between taking pictures. That has helped us.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are on our 5th pack and always get between 10-12 pictures! We have always bought the film only at Best Buy. Did you buy the film all at one time or did you buy it at seperate times? Maybe it was a bad batch from the factory.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You might want to contact FujiFilm. We have purchased countless packs of Instax film and always got 10 out of each.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes the counter resets. You have to try to keep taking snapshots to reset it. It this doesn't solve it then maybe you have bought some defective photos.
