While the GPS is ready to use out of the box, we suggest checking for map and software updates that were released while the device was in transit and on the retailer’s shelf. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have only had this model Garmin since Christmas. I have found it to be a little glitchy but that may even be user error. We're not using it as much due to the virus, also. I'll try to pay more attention to it when I do use it.
