• yes you can first you have to say "voice command" follows the prompts, must speak very clearly.

• It does have Voice so yes it can navigate by using voice commands

• Yes, you can say it. You first use your voice command prompt to bring it up, and then I believe you say something like "Find Address." There are on-screen prompts that tell you the things you can say.
