- Answer The Garmin Connect App has the ability to sync with many third-party apps. Please check Nike Run Club + and see if it can sync with Garmin Connect. It is syncs with Garmin Connect then Nike Run Club + will pull the data from Garmin Connect once your activity is uploaded. Debbie with Garmin

- Answer Yes, if you have the activity tracking turned on it will count steps. As long as the optical heart rate is turned on it will read heart rate all day. The device must be worn at night to detect your sleep pattern. Floors climbed will also be counted. If notifications are turned on you'll receive text messages and see incoming calls on the watch. You may go to support.garmin.com for many FAQ's and video's on the functions and features of the device. Debbie with Garmin
