• My 5 yr old has the small stretchy band, and my 6 year old has the adjustable band. Both are size-appropriate. I do think the stretchy one may be a little snug on 7 yr olds though

• The red Minnie Mouse watchband is one size and IMO, too small for a 7 year old. The large size has an adjustable band and would be better suited for a 7 year old.
