Hi Jojo - For best results, the 10.75" turntable rotates food throughout the cycle and cannot be turned off. Also, the turntable must be in place when using the oven. Thanks for your interest! Sue
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It us not recommended. The rotating dish rests on a removable part which also rotates.. There is a metal piece that that part fits on that is not removable. The metal piece also rotates and there is no way to stop it from rotating. They do not advise removing the dish when cooking. I would suggest a larger oven so that the dish would be larger and not have to be removed.
