Hello- Thanks so much for checking with us. We are so sorry to hear you are having this issue with your microwave. We recommend unplugging the microwave when it is not in use. Considering the age of the microwave, we would recommend replacing it with a new model. Note: If your microwave is only 18 days old, we recommend exchanging it for a new model.
