Hi grannyof13 - Thank you for your interest in a GE 15" trash compactor. The trash compactor itself measures (35"H x 14 7/8"W x 24"D). The recommended cutout requirement for your cabinet opening is (34"-35"H x 15"W x 24"D). The custom drawer panel and custom handle of your choice should be secured to the compactor before installation begins. A template with instructions and installation hardware is provided with this model. The approximate panel dimensions are: (29 5/16"H x 14 7/8"W).
