“I have a Frigidaire Microwave model GLMV168CS1 that was vented but now we are putting in new cabinets and are wondering if this model can be switched to a recirculating system using a charcoal system. Can the exhaust fan be switched so it can be used????”

Yes, the over-the-range microwave ovens are designed for adaptation to the following three types of ventilation: *Outside exhaust (horizontal), *Outside exhaust (vertical) and *Recirculating (non-vented). Recirculating Charcoal Filter JX81L is included.
