It also could be caused by food crumbs or other particles lodged under the turntable wheels. Try taking the apparatus out and cleaning both the wheels and microwave floor.

We apologize for the issues you're having with the turntable. We know how frustrating this must be for you. The bumping noise in the microwave during operation is caused by the rotating ring, or glass tray being the incorrect size. We recommend checking the model numbers of both to make sure they are correct. The appropriate model ring is WB06X10625, and the appropriate glass tray is WB39X10032. We suggest checking your local appliance store for these models. If these are not available, please visit our Parts and Accessories site or call 1-877-959-8688 (Monday - Friday:8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET or Saturday:8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET) We thank you for your patience, and we hope this is helpful. If any more questions should arise, please contact us through our website or on social media. Take care! -Sylvia@GEA
