“How well does the blade cut french fries? Does it shred them rather than cut regular rectangle fries?”

• I don't think the french fry disc makes great french fries. The results are thin, stringy, & only about 2 inches long. More like matchsticks. They make great hash browns, & are delicious air fried. But you won't get a true french fry shape.
