• Hi Jason - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE. The refrigerator should be firmly positioned on the floor and the front is raised just enough that the doors close easily when opened less than 90 degrees. At 90 degrees or more, the door will remain still or swing open. This is normal.
