Questionwhat is the width between the two base supports? I have a 24" GE which rests on something like a sled structure, the width between the two outer parts of "the sled" is 21." I need a new GE with the same width to avoid a one inch protrusion.

QuestionHaving problems drying dishes. Anyone else have this issue and was it resolved?

- Answer When I use the DW, I set it to wash and heat dry. Most of the dishes are dry but I find I have to towel dry some things such as plastic storage containers and sometimes one or two pieces of flatware.

QuestionIs this supposed to come with insulation? Ours didn’t and it’s extremely loud.

QuestionI don’t feel any steam coming out of the washer during the drying cycle? Is this normal? During the drying cycle on my old dishwasher, I could feel steam coming out.

- Answer This is a great question! Yes, this is normal. Your dishwasher is equipped with a hidden vent; found on all models without a visible vent on the front (primarily top-control models), the vent is concealed inside the dishwasher door. This provides a clean appearance, seals in sound during the wash cycle, and protects against venting damage to countertops such as Corian or granite. We hope this helps! -Chris@GEA

QuestionHow long does a typical cycle run

- Answer It seems that it runs about 3 hours from start to finish. Keep in mind that it depends on which cycles you choose. Also, this dishwasher is huge inside. We run it about every two to three days. Our last dishwasher we had to run daily.
