Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out. We hate to hear your former unit is no longer working, but do appreciate your loyalty as a GE consumer. Multiple microwaves could potentially be a good replacement for you, but it looks like PEM31SFSS has similar dimensions as your last model. It is built-in capable with two trim kit options, JX827SFSS (for a 27" space) and JX830SFSS (for 30"). If you ever wanted to consider undercabinet hanging, there is also an optional kit for that under JXA019K.
