Hello ChrisandDon - Please refer to the diagram on page 15 of the owner's manual for normal water levels: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90576.pdf . If your washer does not match these levels then you may want to have service evaluate the unit.
