“can this washer be returned to best buy I bought this to replace a broken machine. It was cheaper than 500. to fix the old one. The water level is horrible. We followed all the directions and even tried the "troubleshooting" but the water is far under the cloths. No matter what we do the water is under the clothes. The first time we tried to wash our light queen quilt like cover it rocked so hard the washer moved 2 feet. We had to hold onto it so it didn't put a hole thru our wall. What is the point of having this machine if we have to go to the laundry mat? This isn't our first washer but it is the worst. I would not recommend at all.”

I don't know what is your status with Best Buy. I have the Elite and I can return up to 30 days. Ask them if you can still return. With a quilt/comforter or a big piece to wash, you have to stay by the machine when it starts to spin. If it is vibrating, open the lid and try to lay the piece around the agitator, so the drum is balanced. Otherwise, it will go uncontrollable. It does with any machine. The analogy is the same as if you don't balance the wheels of your car.

Please try again later.do you have the water on auto fill or a specific setting such as small medium largo or extra large? my washer works good sometimes when the water level seems low i will let it run a minute and the aggitor will level the clothing and once this is done the water level will be correct

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.These washers are different then older top loading washers and they are not meant to filled with as many clothes as older top loading washers. Make sure the water level is on the highest it will go.
