AC guy was servicing my ac and I told him I set it at 69 at night (South Florida). He laughed and said that is "Refrigeration, not Air Conditioning, this equipment is not meant to work that cold". He did not recommend going below 70. Now, I don't push it with any system after that $$$. I've come to find 72 is comfortable. Go colder, but risk things freezing up unit and having problems.
