• Just got this ac and it constantly switches from AC to fan and there is a huge sound level difference between the two. Bought this for our bedroom, do not recommend and we will be returning or replacing.

• Hi there - thanks for reaching out! The compressor will cycle on and off to keep the room at the set level of comfort. When the compressor cycles off, the fan that circulates the air in the room will continue to run for up to 3 minutes (but no longer than that). We hope this helps! All the best, Kelsey@GEA

• Well Kelsey@GEA, you should also tell people that after the 3 minutes of fan time the entire unit shuts down until there's need for additional cooling, at which point it starts up again. At least that's how mine's been working for the first few days I've used it.
