“The power light is illuminated when the unit is off. When I push the button to turn on the unit, the power light goes off. The other settings indicating lights stay on. Is the power light supposed to go out when you turn the unit on?”

Hi - Thank you for your patience. The power light should be illuminated when the unit is turned on and it should be off when the unit is turned off. If your unit is less than one year old, please refer to Page 15 of your Owner's Manual for details on how to obtain a replacement unit under the warranty. All our best! Vikki@GEA
