Make sure your machine is level. Mine shook and sounded like a freight train after the 3rd party delivery crew said they leveled it. Level it both front to back and side to side. The level should be put on the flat side edges of the machine, not center on the curved cover. The instruction book has pictures for proper leveling. Also, when loading, try putting the clothes in loose clumps starting by outside of tub and don't wrap around agitator. And just a note to other readers, check that your hot and cold hoses are connected properly. There is a C and H on back of the machine. Apparently the 3rd party delivery service wasn't taught that either. After I corrected everything they did wrong, my machine is running nicely.
