“Hi I have a question when I start a wash it’s goes pretty good but in the middle of the wash it stops. I try the normal , the bulky , whites and they all stop at the middle the lid only locks when the spin starts.”

Check the SOAK dial. It’s not a bad thing to soak. Should start back up after so many minutes
