“Hello.....is this like the old washers that actually USED water, filled up and had realistic cycle times? We have a 3 year old HE and HATE IT Have to add water, cycles take forever and even with little soap. Want a Non HE like our old one.”

Hello there, We certainly understand your concerns about the water level in your washer being too low. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.
