“How does this vent? I am at this moment returning a Samsung that vents in the top front and feels like a blast furnace. It is so hot when the oven is on and the burners are not that it melts things that are on the adjacent counter.”

Hi Kay- Thanks for considering our GE Gas Range! We can certainly understand your concern. No worries, the oven is vented in the center of the backsplash area at the rear. This may cause that area of the cooktop to feel warm depending on how long the oven has been on. Keep in touch. We are always glad to help make your shopping experience a little easier! SUE@GEA
