“I feel like foods in the oven are taking longer than they did in my previous oven. I put chicken and potatoes in the oven at 350 for about an hour and a half until it cooked all the way. Should I return my oven and get a new one or can I fix the problem?”

I have not noticed a problem with cook time with my new oven. I would suggest trying the convect bake option if available, and not just for baking. The convection feature just circulates the hot air, and shortens cooking/baking time. If you don't have a convection option, I would test the cook time of tried and true recipes and if still not in the correct timeframe send it back!
