Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have the exact height of the box but it's at least 36". I used curbside pickup and the associate loaded it in to my car on it's back. I could smell something as I drove off so I pulled over to check it out. Strong odor was coming from the box and then I noticed it states specifically to keep it in an upright position (because of refrigerant). I pulled the seat forward to set it on the floor and it could almost stand upright. If it does go on it's side and depending how long it's been you should wait 30 minutes to 24 hours to use it.
