Looking to use with WEMO app. Is it compatible? null

No. Wemo controls Wemo products, C by GE uses the C by GE app. They *can* both be controlled through Alexa (and I'd assume Google Home and Siri/Homekit.) That said, I'd say drop wemo - if you lose internet, you lose wemo control. C by GE keeps running. If you need plugs, C by GE has those, as well. (Not an employee or otherwise paid. I just have gotten to really like C by GE and have gotten rather annoyed at Wemo.)

No, you have to download the C by GE app.
