Asked 5 years ago by Monte.

• A:Answer Hey thee, thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear your microwave didn't fit your space. We know how disappointing this must've been and we're happy to help. Although the trim kit is 16-1/2" tall, your microwave requires a cutout height of at most 15-1/8", therefore you'll need to make adjustments to your space in order for this microwave to fit. We apologize if this is an inconvenience and we're wishing you the best. - Guy@GEA

Q: QuestionNeed to replace a built in GE Spacemaker II Sensor microwave. Model # ZEM200SF001. (its dimensions are 23.5' W X 10.5' H X 12.25' D. Preferably use my current trim with a similar sized microwave. Which is the closest model that can fit in the same space?

Asked 5 years ago by PS.

• A:Answer Hello, Good question! We appreciate you reaching out to us and we'd be happy to help. We do not recommend using the same trim kit for a new model. We suggest ZEB1227SLSS as a replacement for your current microwave oven. This does have built-in capability and uses trim kit ZX2130SLSS, if you're filling a 30" Wide cavity or ZX2127SLSS for a 27" Wide cavity. We hope this information helps. Good luck! -Sylvia@GEA
