It is not a direct replacement. It is the closest to a direct replacement we could find. The trim kit for the new replacement would not fit the cabinet space.We had to remove the old trim kit box it was sitting in. I had to make footings so it would sit level with the bottom grill of the the old trim. Made shims for the sides and back so it wouldn’t move around. Then I had to trim off 2 fins from the upper grill. You will also have to trim most of the insides off the side trims. It was not a fun project. Again, not a direct replacement, but the only one that would fit in the cabinet space. Hope this helps.
