Hi MicroGal- Countertop microwaves are not approved for installation above a gas or electric range. Optional Undercabinet Hanging Kit JXA019K (sold separately) is compatible with PEM31SFSS and JEM3072SHSS. Keep in touch! Sue

No, this unit is not suitable for over-the-range use and has no ventilation. Yes, a cabinet mounting bracket is included.
