Hi - Thank you for your interest in a new GE Profile microwave. If the kit to which you're referring is the built-in kit that allowed you to build your microwave into a cabinet. The kit from your existing model is not compatible with the new microwave. You will also need the JX827SFSS built-in kit. If the kit to which you're referring is what allows you to suspend the microwave from your cabinet to save countertop space, we would recommend purchasing a new hanging kit as well. There is a possibility that the brackets and bolts needed for the new microwave are different than what was used on the existing model. All our best! Vikki@GEA
